Eligibility

Open to all participants aged 16 or older.
- You can join the hackathon from anywhere, but at least one team member must be physically in São Paulo to present at Satsconf.

Teams can have up to 4 members. Individual participation is allowed, but collaboration is encouraged.Project and Submission Requirements
- No team yet? Don’t worry — we’ll host a matchmaking session at the event to help participants form teams.

Code must be submitted via a public GitHub repository.

Each submission must include a 3-minute video pitch demonstrating:

The problem being solved

How LDK or Simplicity is integrated

A working demo of the solution

The top 6 projects per track will present live at Satsconf on November 7th.

Teams must include a README explaining how to build and test the project.

Projects can be open source, experimental, or proof-of-concept, but must be functional.

⚡ LDK Track

Judging Criteria and Winner Selection
Judges will evaluate submissions based on:
1. Integration with LDK or Simplicity
How effectively does the project leverage LDK or Simplicity as a foundational component?
2. Innovation and Creativity
Does the project introduce a novel idea, tool, or approach for Bitcoin developers or users?
3. Execution and Functionality
Is the implementation solid and demonstrably working? Does the demo showcase real functionality?
4. Impact and Usefulness
Does the project provide tangible value or solve a relevant problem in the Bitcoin ecosystem?
5. Team and Continuity
Does the team demonstrate the ability and motivation to continue developing the project beyond the hackathon?

Any form of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will result in disqualification and removal from the event.
