We're building what should have existed when we were in college.
Humans of Code is a one-person mission to fix how India's developers learn, prove their skills, and find work. It's early, it's ambitious, and it's real.
I graduated with a solid foundation in computer science — and a long list of practical skills I had to figure out on my own afterward.
I spent the first year after college closing the gap between what my degree covered and what the industry expected — how to actually build things, how to work with real codebases, how to talk about my skills in interviews without sounding like I memorized a textbook.
I watched hundreds of students around me go through the same cycle. YouTube tutorial marathons. Udemy course collections gathering dust. Last-minute placement panic. And then the lucky ones got jobs, and the rest wondered what went wrong.
The problem isn't that resources don't exist. It's that they're disconnected. You learn here, practice there, build your resume somewhere else, and hope it all comes together. Nobody tracks whether you actually understood anything. Nobody connects your learning to your career.
That's what Humans of Code is trying to fix. Not just another course platform — a system that follows you from your first line of code to your first job offer.
I'm building this alone right now. That won't be true forever, but it's true today, and I think there's something honest about that. Every feature, every course, every line of code has been thought through by someone who went through the same struggle you're going through.
If this resonates with you, start learning. If you want to help build this, reach out.

Building beats watching.
You learn to code by coding, not by watching someone else code. Every course starts with a project, not a lecture.
Tracking matters more than completion.
Finishing a course means nothing if you don't understand the concepts. We measure understanding, not checkboxes.
Your skills should speak for themselves.
A verified skill profile built from months of real work is worth more than any resume bullet point. We're building the proof layer.
This is just the beginning.
Humans of Code is early. The roadmap is long. If you're a student who wants to learn properly, a college that wants to do better, or a company that wants to hire smarter — there's a place for you here.
