What's the difference between this reimbursement program and the Bicycle Roadside Assistance Program?
The CommuterChoice Bike Commuter Benefit is available to Harvard Faculty, Staff and Student Workers. Folks pay out of pocket for each repair and then file for reimbursement at the year-end.
The Bicycle Roadside Assistance Program is focused on emergency repairs only and is currently only available to full-time faculty and staff. That program is free of charge and does not require folks to file for reimbursement.
