On-Call Bike REpair Services

‍If you are an active Boston Children's Hospital employee or associated personnel, you can receive emergency bike maintenance through BCH will cover the service call fee and 1 spare inner tube. The bicyclist would cover any additional parts needed to get back on the road.

A NEMO mechanic will reply and coordinate the repair.

NEMO Mechanics are on-call 7AM-7PM, Monday-Friday to make repairs anywhere within their service area. If your bike needs new parts (e.g., a new tire, chain, brake pads, etc.), you can choose to pay NEMO separately for those parts at the time of the repair.
