Become Reiki Certified with Char

Reiki changed my life long before I ever taught it.

What began as a personal healing tool became a steady, grounding practice that helped me rebuild from the inside out physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It gave me structure when I needed stability, and trust when I needed to reconnect to myself.

Today, I teach Usui Reiki with deep respect for its lineage and principles, while holding space in a way that feels grounded, supportive, and real.

Each level includes formal instruction, hands-on practice, and sacred attunements that open and strengthen your energetic channel. Whether you are here for personal healing or professional training, you will leave with clarity, confidence, and certification.

Reiki Level I – Self Healing & Foundation

Reiki I is where everything begins.

This level is open to anyone who feels called to deepen their personal healing journey. You do not need prior experience only openness.

In my Level I training, I focus on helping you:
• Understand Reiki in a grounded, practical way
• Feel energy safely and confidently
• Build a consistent self-healing practice
• Develop awareness of your own energetic boundaries

Reiki I is especially supportive for empaths and highly sensitive individuals who are looking for a structured, sustainable self-care tool. Learning to work with Reiki can help you regulate your energy, strengthen boundaries, and move through daily life with greater steadiness instead of overwhelm.

You will receive your Level I attunement, activating your ability to channel Reiki energy.

My intention at this stage is simple: I want you to trust yourself. Not just the energy but your ability to care for your own nervous system and well-being. Certification is awarded upon completion.

Reiki Level II – Practitioner & Distance Healing

Reiki II is where your confidence expands.

This level deepens your connection to Reiki and prepares you to work more intentionally with others. I teach this level with a strong emphasis on clarity, ethics, and energetic responsibility.

You will learn:
• The sacred Reiki symbols and how to use them intentionally
• Distance healing techniques
• Working with animals and non-physical spaces
• Strengthening energetic boundaries while serving others

You will receive additional attunement(s), increasing the strength and focus of your Reiki channel.

At this stage, I help you step into practitioner energy not just doing Reiki, but holding space with steadiness. Certification is awarded upon completion.

Reiki Master Level – Advanced Practice & Teacher Certification

The Master level is for those who feel called to deepen their practice and lead.

In this training, we go beyond technique. We focus on embodiment, leadership, and energetic presence.

You will:
• Receive the Master symbol
• Learn how to teach and attune future Reiki students
• Strengthen advanced facilitation skills
• Expand your understanding of energy work in modern healing spaces

At this level, I integrate sound work (drums and singing bowls), crystals, and crystal grids as supportive tools not to replace Reiki, but to enhance your ability to hold space in a multidimensional way.

You will receive the Master attunement and certification as a Reiki Master and Teacher.

This level is about becoming the space others can grow within without losing yourself in the process.
