About Char

I believe growth becomes powerful when it’s both honest and intentional.

My name is Char, and I am an energy healer, mentor, intuitive practitioner, and teacher. I guide people through personal and spiritual development with tools that are grounded, practical, and deeply intuitive.

My work was not born from theory alone. It was shaped by lived experience by learning how to move through adversity without losing myself, how to trust my intuition when logic fell short, and how to turn sensitivity into strength.

Over the years, I gathered tools that helped me rebuild from the inside out. Breathwork. Energy healing. Structured reflection. Ritual. Study. Trauma-informed practices. Not as trends but as integration.

Charvinity grew from that integration.

What began as a personal path evolved into a space where others could explore their own growth with support, clarity, and intention. Today, my work blends intuitive insight with structured guidance, helping clients move from awareness into real-life transformation.

I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in strengthening what is already present.

Some clients come during transition. Others are expanding into leadership, purpose, or deeper self-trust. Many simply know they are ready for something more aligned.

Wherever you are, my role is not to carry you but to walk beside you while you build confidence in your own inner authority.
