We follow the MLH Code of Conduct, and we expect you to do the same.

Your team can be up to four registered UofTHacks participants. You must submit a general summary of your project, as well as all written code (e.g. in the form of a Github link) for judging. Your submission must also include a short demo video (2-4 minutes) explaining your project to judges.

You can plan in advance, but all your code must be written between January 26th at 7:30 PM EST and 7:30 AM EST on January 28th, 2023. If you're using your own hardware for a hack, it must be assembled during the same time.

Your Github project repo must be public to be considered. Your project must also ONLY be submitted to UofTHacks 11. If your hack has been submitted to more than one hackathon, it will be immediately disqualified.

Your code and video must remain public post event. If your repo and video are not public we will select new winners.

You can use libraries or other code that's publicly available, but you can't take someone else's work without their permission or plagiarise in any way. You must also not submit your project to any hackathon besides UofTHacks 11. Any submissions in violation will be disqualified.

Organizers reserve the right to amend these rules and disqualify submissions for any reason at any time. Judging decisions are considered final and disputes will not be accepted.
