Promo Video - please send your vids
Heya all,
We hope you have recovered after this intense event.
When you have a moment, we would be extremely grateful if you could upload & share any videos & pictures from the Hackathon to be featured in a promo video with Miranda. Upload to your tamu drive (it's unlimited) and share with mmabery14@tamu.edu.

Time allocated per Show&Tell presentation: 3minutes!
Dear all,
each team has 3 minutes to present.
SUBMIT to devpost by 2pm.
Your Final presentation will be downloaded to the PC in Geren Lobby with your project name. You are more than welcome to come to Geren Auditorium between 2-3pm to check your file is working properly.
Please have a back-up of your presentation on your usb stick.

Sign up for Show & Tell
Dear all,
Please sign up (all members of each team) for Show&Tell before 1pm if you want to compete for prizes and present during Show & Tell. Please agree on a Project Name and indicate the same Project Name for each team. This way we can know how many teams/projects will be presenting.
At 1pm I will count the number of teams and will email you back with the exact time for your Final presentation so you can tweak it.

Submission Clarification
Hi everyone,
Some of you have asked me about not having a file upload field within the submission. I just wanted to clarify that you will be able to upload your PDFs, PowerPoint, or Keynote after you have filled out the first step of editing the project.
In addition, for those you are going to use Keynote for your presentation, I do recommend you to import the file as a PDF or PowerPoint since we are going to use a Windows PC to show the presentation.

Lost keys & tacos

Progress video of projects
Dear all,
We have a videographer, who is making a short movie about the Hackathon. She will stop by for mini interviews and also asks if you could take progress videos of your projects (landscape orientation only). Please wait until the end of the Hackathon and then send them to mmabery14@tamu.edu by uploading to your TAMU google drive and sharing one file folder with all of your videos within.
