separate meanings. YORICK_HOME points to the directory that contains lib
and either h (Yorick-1.4) or include (Yorick-1.5). YORICK_SITE points to
the directory that contains startup (Yorick-1.4) or i0 (Yorick-1.5). This
same directory should also contain contrib (where yplot.i and yplotl.i
will be installed). INSTALL instructions changed accordingly. CHANGES
now has description of all of latest changes which essentially had to
do for preparing yplot to work properly with yorick-1.5.
