This revision allows project file trees to have multiple source roots

(assuming they belong to a common file tree than can be defined as the
"source root" for the DrScala project), which is standard practice in
Scala project layouts. This revision also makes a tiny improvement to
the formatting of VectorOptionComponent.java.
