DrJava Legacy SVN Repository

PLT: Bug in implementation of AbstractPredicateSet.

Revised JarJDKToolsLibrary.java javac search protocol to look in
/usr/lib/jvm/java* directories where Linux Java JDK packages are
installed. Also made some small changes to GlobalModelJUnitTest because
the DrJava appeared to be hanging in this file, but the hanging problem
was erratic (appearing in other GlobalModelxxTest files) and
spontaneously disappeared.

The following file were modified:
M src/edu/rice/cs/drjava/model/JarJDKToolsLibrary.java
M src/edu/rice/cs/drjava/model/GlobalModelJUnitTest.java

Fixed bug 2784774: Stack Trace in Debugger Stack Window Not Showing dj? Line.
Fixed bug where two files with the same name, located in different packages,
would get mapped to the same cache entry of the LanguageLevelStackTraceMapper.
Improved cache performance of LanguageLevelStackTraceMapper by letting
debugger, JUnit and interactions pane use the same instance.

Fixes bug 2784769: Closing File Removes All Breakpoints/Bookmarks

doc.getBreakpointManager().clearRegions();
was incorrectly replaced with
breakpointManager.clearRegions();
