Added Java 1.6 compiler check into Javac160Compiler.java; this is an improvement of revision 4228.

Added a diagonalizing version of CartesianIterator and utility methods; added an isInfinite() method to SizedIterable and improved support/documentation for infinite iterables; moved tuple getter lambdas from IterUtil to the respective tuple classes; misc iter package cleanup; fixed javadoc errors.

Added CartesianIterable and a handful of IterUtil.cross() methods for computing cartesian products. Added a couple of useful lambdas to LambdaUtil.

Fixed a bug in TextUtil.javaEscape that produced strings that could be incorrectly unescaped in certain contexts; made certain methods in TextUtil static that had accidentally been declared as non-static.

Changed makeFromRuntime to check if compiler can be loaded; now works with Java 1.6 on class path

Added PLT LICENSE file and header to all PLT Utilities sources.

Added escaping and unescaping methods to TextUtil (this has been sitting in my local copy for a long time, but was never committed).

Reactivated use of rmic, but only in compile-14; cleaned up additional rmic stuff.

This commit is a minor revision that (i) comments out theh remaining references in the code to _listOfPrompt in InteractionsPane.java; and (ii) makes the activeDocumentRefreshed listener in MainFrame.java more like the activeDocumentChanged listener. The latter was done for fear that the inconsisent DefinitionsPane bug might reappear.
