Commit [r337]  Maximize  Restore  History

* doc/doxyfile.in:

* doc/CppUnit-Win.dox: updated doxygen configuration files so that
CPPUNIT_NS_BEGIN and CPPUNIT_NS_END macros are expanded. This help
generates the documentation using the CppUnit namespace.
