Terms of Use
PyBites provides a one-time purchase product called Pybites Rust Platform Premium (from here on referred to as Premium) that allows users to code premium Rust exercises in the browser.
These Terms of Use govern your use of our services.
1. Purchase and Access
Premium is a one-time purchase that grants you lifetime access to all premium content on the Pybites Rust Platform. To use the Premium service, you must have Internet access, a functional web browser, and provide a current, valid, accepted payment method at the time of purchase.
2. Billing
2.1 Payment
The fee for Premium and any other charges you may incur in connection with your purchase, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged once to your Payment Method at the time of purchase.
2.2 Refunds
To the extent permitted by law, payments are non-refundable. If you have questions about your purchase, please contact us.
2.3 Changes to Pricing
We may change our pricing from time to time. Any price changes will not affect existing purchases.
3. Premium Service
3.1 Age Requirements
You must be 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province, territory, or country, to purchase Premium. Minors may only use the service under the supervision of an adult.
3.2 License and Use Restrictions
The Premium service and any content viewed through the service are for your personal and non-commercial use only. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view Premium content. No other rights, title, or interest are transferred to you. You agree not to use the service for public performances.
3.3 Usage Restrictions
You agree to use the Premium service in accordance with all applicable laws and not to manipulate the service's content. You agree not to upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment associated with the service. We may terminate or restrict your use of the service if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal use of the service.
4. Warranties and Limitations on Liability
The Premium service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. You waive all special, indirect, and consequential damages. These terms do not limit any non-waivable warranties or consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
5. Class Action Waiver
WHERE PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND PYBITES AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS AGAINST EACH OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both you and PyBites agree otherwise, no court may consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1 Survival
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
6.2 Changes to Terms of Use and Assignment
PyBites may change these Terms from time to time, and we will notify you at least 30 days before any changes apply to you. We may assign or transfer our agreement with you, including our rights and obligations, at any time, and you agree to cooperate with us in connection with such an assignment or transfer.
6.3 Electronic Communications
We will send you information related to your account (e.g., payment confirmations, password changes) electronically, via emails to the email address you provided during registration.
6.4 Pybites Rust Platform Independence
The Pybites Rust Platform and the code within are in no way affiliated with Bob and Julian's employers, both past and present.
