OREA has partnered with Humber Polytechnic to offer two courses for real estate professionals. The Mastering OREA Forms: A Practical Foundation for Real Estate Transactions course aims to equip new real estate professionals with practical knowledge of OREA Standard Forms and Clauses. The Effective Leadership in Associations: Roles, Governance and Collaboration course introduces future real estate professionals to the structure of associations and organized real estate while developing their leadership skills.

OREA has partnered with the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and the David Feldman Centre for Real Estate and Urban Economics to develop a brand-new program for real estate agents, brokers, business leaders, and those working in adjacent industries to help sharpen their skills. Participants gain a practical, business-focused understanding of market forces, valuation, development economics, investment strategy, and the drivers shaping Canada’s real estate landscape.

The OREA Leadership Designation Program (OLDP) formally recognizes real estate leaders who have participated in OREA’s leadership programming and is intentionally built around the courses many REALTORS® have already taken as part of their organized real estate journey. The Associate and Executive designation options signal to others that you are a trained, credible professional equipped with the tools and abilities to lead with clarity.
