We want you to be happy with InsightStream. If you're not satisfied with the service within your first 7 days, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You'll continue to have access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months after the 7-day window.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription by:
- Using the link in any InsightStream email to access your Stripe billing portal
- Emailing support@creatuity.com with your request
Refund Requests
For refund requests or billing issues, email us at support@creatuity.com. We'll respond within 1-2 business days and work to resolve any issues promptly.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error or notice any billing discrepancies, please contact us immediately and we'll investigate and correct any mistakes.
