🗓️ Day 1: Ideation & Kickoff (Friday)

 

  • 10:00 AM – Hackathon begins (online kickoff via email & Discord)

  • 11:00 AM – Team formation & onboarding

  • ⏰ 6:00 PM – Submit rough idea (description, LLM to be used, and problem it solves)

🗓️ Day 2: Pitch Day (Saturday)

 

  • ⚡ Continue hacking

  • ⏰ 6:00 PM – Submit pitch deck (PPT/PDF) outlining your solution, tech, and AI flow

  • No live check-in required

🗓️ Day 3: Submission & Judging (Sunday)

 

  • ⏰ 6:00 PM – Final submission due:

    • Demo video (max 3 minutes)

    • GitHub repo

    • Updated Devpost description

  • 🏆 9:00 PM – Winners announced (organizer-hosted live stream)

 

Eligibility

  • 🧑‍💻 Open to students, professionals, and hobbyists from anywhere in the world

  • 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 You can participate solo or in a team of up to 4 members

  • 🌐 All submissions must be made remotely through Devpost and GitHub

  • 🚫 Organizers, judges, and sponsors are not eligible to participate

Project and Submission Requirements

 

  • ✅ Submit a working project (web app, mobile app, game, IoT solution, etc.)

  • ✅ Use at least one Large Language Model (LLM) in a meaningful way (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, LLaMA, etc.)

  • ✅ Submit by the deadline:

    • ✅ Day 1: Short idea summary

    • ✅ Day 2: Pitch deck (PPT/PDF)

    • ✅ Day 3:

      • GitHub repo with source code

      • Demo video (max 3 min, hosted on YouTube/Vimeo)

      • Final project description on Devpost

  • ✅ Include all team members in your Devpost submission

  • ✅ Ensure no plagiarism or reuse of old projects

Each of the top 10 ranked submissions will receive their choice of:

  • name.com domain credits or

  • 3-month DataCamp Premium subscription

Judging Criteria and Winner Selection

Projects will be judged by an expert panel using the following weighted criteria:

🧠 Use of AI/LLMs (40%)

  • Is a Large Language Model (LLM) integrated in a meaningful and creative way?

  • Is it central to the project’s functionality?

💡 Innovation & Creativity (20%)

  • How original is the concept? Does it address a real problem or showcase novel ideas?

🧰 Technical Execution (20%)

  • Is the solution functional, technically sound, and well implemented?

🌟 User Experience & Design (10%)

  • Is the interface intuitive and visually appealing?

🎥 Presentation & Demo (10%)

  • Is the project clearly presented in the video and written submission?
