1. Setup external services

Create a TiDB account at https://www.pingcap.com/tidb-serverless/

Create a Supabase account and set it up to sign in with Notion at https://supabase.com/

2. Install Packages

pip install -r requirements.txt

3. Generate or obtain .env values/API keys

The list of values you need can be found in .env.example. Rename the file to .env and fill in the values.

4. Run the project

python app.py
