decrease the grease

Hola amig@s:

I am translating (from English to Spanish) a list of healthy low-fat alternatives to typically high-fat foods and the headline over the list is "Decrease the Grease."

I have translated that as "Reducir la Grasa" which isn't nearly as "catchy" (I'm not sure if it's even correct) and although I know that there isn't going to be an equivalent "catchy" phrase in Spanish, I wondered if anyone had any suggestions as to how I might make the headline a little more attention-grabbing.

¡Gracias de antemano!

  • Hi,

Your suggestion is good, also: "Comer menos grasa"....."Comer más saludable"...."Comer menos comida grasienta"..."Comer alimentos saludables"..."Seguir una dieta saludable"..."Cómo elegir mejores alimentos"....etc

Feel free to ask me/us any question...

"Guerra a la grasa". It doesn't rhyme and it's not an exact translation, but it could work as a headline (and it has alliteration :) )
