Or
Can you please decrease the volume?
Or
Can you please lower down the volume/ lower the volume?
Is there use of"lower down/lower and decrease"correct?

If the context is clear, I don't include the word "volume". I say "Can you turn it down a bit?"

The verb "to lower" already means "go down", I never heard "lower down".
