Eligibility
Participation in the hackathon is restricted to individuals who are either currently employed or in their final year of graduation and actively seeking employment. Participants must be at least 20 years old. This in-person event requires all participants to attend the kickoff event, with remote participation allowed only after that day.
All participants must adhere to the event's code of conduct. Violations may result in disqualification and removal from the event.
Participants must bring their own laptops, pre-equipped with the necessary software and tools for the challenges.
NDA Signing:
Upon arrival, you’ll be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure the confidentiality of the event. You can review the document beforehand, once you RSVP with us, but please be prepared to sign it on-site before the Kick-Off Event.

All participants, sponsors, and volunteers at the CodeStorm Hackathon are expected to adhere to the following code of conduct:
Harassment Policy
Harassment of any kind, including offensive comments related to gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, race, ethnicity, or political views, is strictly prohibited. Inappropriate behavior such as unwelcome sexual attention, intimidation, and stalking will not be tolerated. Violations will result in immediate expulsion from the event.
Photography
Photography is encouraged, but please be respectful. Participants have the opportunity to opt-out of being photographed.
Compliance
Participants who are asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Failure to do so may result in removal from the venue without refund.
Scope
The hackathon's code of conduct applies to all event activities, including social events, workshops, and presentations. Sponsors and volunteers are also expected to uphold these standards.
