The Chasing Limits Performance Program is a structured, high-performance training system built for experienced athletes who want to train with intent, progression, and purpose.

This program is centred on intelligently designed training cycles that develop strength, conditioning, skill, and competitive capacity over time. Every session is programmed with clear stimulus, structure, and performance markers so athletes know exactly why they’re training and what they’re working toward.

Chasing Limits is not general fitness. It’s performance training for athletes who want to push their limits and level up.

The program is available in two formats:

➡️ Online (Remote Programming)

  • Follow the full Chasing Limits program remotely from your own gym. Training is delivered daily through the Evolve Fitness Collective app, with access to the athlete community to log results, track progress, and stay accountable.

➡️ Performance Training at Evolve

  • Train onsite alongside committed athletes and competitors. Receive the full Chasing Limits program with in-person coach contact, structure, and accountability built in.

YOUTH | JUNIOR - ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Our Youth & Junior Athletic Development Program is a structured, coach-led training pathway for juniors and teens, designed to build strong foundations for sport, training, and long-term physical development.

Sessions focus on developing strength, speed, power, coordination, agility, fitness, and confidence in a safe, supportive, and age-appropriate environment. Every athlete is coached according to their training age and experience level, ensuring they are challenged appropriately while building correct movement patterns and smart training habits.

This program is built to help young athletes train well now and perform better later.

🎯 Program Focus

  • Strong movement foundations (squat, hinge, push, pull, carry)

  • Coordination, balance, speed, and agility

  • Age-appropriate strength training aligned with growth and development

  • Injury resilience, confidence, and safe exposure to structured training

🌟 Ideal For

  • Active juniors and teens

  • School sport and representative athletes

  • Athletes transitioning into structured strength and conditioning

  • Young people wanting to build confidence, strength, and physical capability

🕓 Levels & Class Times

Placement is based on training age and experience.

Level 1 – Fundamental (Junior)

  • Training age: 6–12 months

  • 4:00pm | Monday–Thursday

Level 2 – Intermediate (Youth)

  • Training age: 2+ years

  • 5:00pm | Monday–Wednesday

  • 4:00pm | Thursday

Level 3 – Advanced (Youth)

  • Training age: 4+ years

  • 5:00pm | Monday–Wednesday

  • 4:00pm | Thursday

Friday Conditioning Session

  • 45-minute session

  • Available to Level 2+ athletes only

We offer two membership options based on how often your young athlete would like to train:

  • Unlimited — Attend as many sessions per week as desired

  • Part-Time — Up to 2 sessions per week

  • Family Discount — Receive 10% off each additional family member
