Organized annually and aims at program "EcoSpace" ideas promotion, that develops global ecological problems solutions by opening a new era of space exploitation. There were introduced results of further scientific developments of the GPV, EcoCosmoHouse, space industrial necklace "Orbita" projects, etc. The new goal was set to actively growing cooperation between the countries, international organizations, leading world companies, research centers, and universities for EcoSpace programme implementation.

There were available reports on the principles of creation, theory, and calculation of the GPV project, on peculiarities of organizing large-scale cargo and passenger flows along the route Earth - Orbit - Earth, on solutions of ecological, biological, and engineering tasks during developing EcoCosmoHouse as an enclosed local biosphere, on social and economic opportunities that will appear after building equatorial linear cities.
