General Rules:

Teams can use an idea they had before the event.

Teams CANNOT work on an idea they have developed before, and/or add new features to existing projects.

Teams can use libraries, frameworks, or open-source code in their projects. However, teams cannot work on a project before the event and open-source it for the purpose of using it during the event.

Teams must stop hacking once the time is up.

Any reports of harassment or discrimination will be immediately addressed and result in removal from the event and disqualification.
In cases of cheating, participants will be automatically disqualified.
