Inspiration
This project was inspired by my experience in business development across corporate and government initiatives.
I repeatedly saw that aligning the right partnerships takes 3–6 months — not because opportunities don’t exist, but because information is fragmented, constantly changing, and manually tracked.
Business development today is reactive.
I wanted to design a system that makes it continuous and intelligent.
What it does
The Autonomous Business Development Intelligence Agent:
Understands company strategy
Monitors ecosystem signals (events, campaigns, funding)
Detects strategic alignment
Ranks opportunities using scoring logic and embeddings
Learns from accepted and rejected outcomes
Instead of months of trial and error, it delivers ranked, adaptive opportunities in real time.
How we built it
The system includes:
A Company Brain Agent (LLM via Amazon Bedrock)
A Market Signal Scanner
A ClickHouse memory layer
An Alignment & Scoring Engine
A Feedback & Learning Agent
It integrates Slack for notifications and ElevenLabs for executive voice briefings.
We built a live enterprise-style prototype to simulate adaptive scoring behavior.
Challenges we ran into
The biggest challenge was ensuring the system was truly self-improving — not just automated.
Designing a meaningful feedback loop within hackathon time constraints required simplifying the architecture while preserving recursion and learning logic.

Next, we plan to:
Expand real-time signal ingestion
Deploy a production backend
Introduce predictive partnership forecasting
Customize for enterprise and government BD teams
Our goal is to transform business development into a continuously learning intelligence layer.
