At midnight, with only six hours left in the competition, I had completed my homework and wanted to hack something that would be quick, and somewhat fun to implement.
After browsing reddit, I recalled looking at catfacts and wondered if there was some way to export this process to a website that sends out text messages. Lo and behold, Useless Facts! was born. This website borders on the fine line of illegality because of the spam-like nature; however, provided that it is just used among friends it could be used for a quick laugh.
This product has a use for anyone interested in sending out messages to a predetermined phone number if you no longer have access to that phone. I.e., this service could be used to send messages while an individual is overseas to the text message.
