Inspiration Nowadays, finding housing is a significant challenge, not just for a small group of individuals, but for the entire country of Mexico.

What it does The application helps users choose a home that fits their characteristics and financial situation. It also assists Banorte in identifying potential clients for offering mortgage loans more efficiently, providing valuable data in the process.

How we built it The project was developed using React, integrating Google APIs to provide users with the best possible experience and accurate data for making informed decisions.

Challenges we ran into Integrating multiple APIs with different data formats was challenging, and ensuring seamless communication between the frontend and backend took time.

Accomplishments we're proud of We’re proud of how quickly we were able to integrate real-time property data and offer users a smooth experience tailored to their financial situation. We’re also proud of how the app aligns with Banorte’s objectives to identify potential mortgage clients.

What we learned We learned a lot about integrating third-party APIs, and how crucial it is to provide accurate data to users to help them make the best decisions. Additionally, we gained insights into how the real estate market works and the importance of providing tailored financial advice.

What's next for Urbi Moving forward, we plan to expand the app’s capabilities by adding more financial tools, such as mortgage calculators, and integrating additional property listing APIs. We also aim to enhance user personalization and provide even more detailed analytics for Banorte to optimize their mortgage offerings.
