Problem being solved

I heard somewhere, that India is divided into 3 parts: the ones who consume, the ones who make the lives of the ones who consume easier, and lastly the laborers. Other than the 1% who just consume, the other 2 sects which make up the 105 crore, 50% of them have access to the internet, to use the internet for the welfare of the masses is crucial. We want UWP to be used by these masses to use this card in their daily life efficiently. Right now, we are having conversations about a pilot with the State Government.

Solution

The Universal Welfare Protocol is a payment method like UPI where the benefits of the schemes offered by the government are realized quickly and efficiently. The card made for the citizens is stored on chain that stores personal, professional, health, and financial details and keeps updating as and when required.

Once all the details are inputted a card is generated (a card like the Universal Pass provided by the Department of Disaster Management and Relief stored on the blockchain). Now this card will be used to get rations rated based on the income bracket at all offline and online stores. A ration card for all your consumption, be it food, education, health, finances and more. The CSR initiatives introduced by private entities will also be listed on the platform to be realised. Imagine, how we have an option “Pay with UPI”, we would have a new option called “Pay with UWP”

  • Create your profile : About you, salary, government ID verification and photo verification
  • Get a verified card
  • Start exploring schemes!
  • Opt in for the schemes you are eligible for
  • Scan to verify, online and offline.
