Inspiration
We see real-world application used for diabetes are literally data record apps, which does take data from users like glucose level data and activity tracker data but it does not do anything with those data apart from using them as guidance. We wanted to change that with AI we wanted to use those data and give invaluable suggestions to the user to change their lifestyle.
What it does
It takes input from type2 diabetes patients and uses those data to predict their lifestyle patterns and suggests a lifestyle pattern to change their diabetes condition. With AI the prediction of lifestyle patterns and suggestion of a lifestyle pattern.
How we built it
We have used react native and Typescript to build the app and use chat GPT to suggest the daily pattern that should be followed, Obviously, we will have our models developed later as we get more data from the user inputs and their activity tracker and health trackers.
Challenges we ran into
Building a mobile application in a week bit hard and also doing the design for the app from scratch and this is our POC, So we just used Chat GPT but ideally get more user data from the activity tracker and Gluco data which put into a model to recognize the existing pattern and suggest a new pattern.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We have built our POC that too a mobile app that's actually working and with a neat UI.
What we learned
We learned a lot about Chat GPT implementation in apps and Pinecone integration with langchain and using it with Vercel
What's next for Type2
This is a real use case so will start pitching this POC to investors to build the actual product
