Inspiration

There's currently no good split timers for gamers.

What it does

It allows users to practice speedrunning games, and see what parts they need to work on. It's cloud based, so users can post and share their game checkpoints easily, or race their friends online.

How I built it

We used a Sinatra backend and made frontend apps in C# and Objective C for windows and osx respectively.

Challenges I ran into

I was super sick through all of this so the biggest challenge was staying awake.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Learning more c# GUI stuff.

What I learned

I learned how to hook into a web api with a desktop app.

What's next for Treecko

A well designed desktop application.
