The Simulation

The story follows a character who is disconnected from the world. The story is told in forms of short stories and poems, and your choices affect the ending.

Comment

Inspiration: Both of us have a fondness for stories and poems, and love stories that interact with your choices. We wanted to make something similar.

What it does: It's a game that changes as you enter your choices.

How we built it: Python and our trusty dusty Notepad B)

Challenges we ran into: Could not finish lol, but we're giving you what we have.

Accomplishments that we're proud of: We actually are both pretty new to this, so we're proud we even did something somewhat presentable.

What we learned: We were not prepared for this, but now we are. We learned a lot of new things along the way, so we're grateful for that.

What's next for The Simulation: Even though this hackathon is over, we'll continue working on it for funsies.
