Bring ease of use to website navigation

What it does

With our easy-to-navigate UI with conversation from user, users can seamlessly access features and accomplish tasks with minimal user inputs.

How we built it

1. Backend - Expose the LLM API to the Front end
2. Frontend - Dynamic UI that can change with the response from the API

Challenges we ran into

We had a very limited time to develop the solution as it involved many components to be designed and developed. We faced difficulties in developing the prompt responses i.e. the answers we receive when we ask questions to the chatbot.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We have successfully combined Conversational AI with the product knowledge and made it aware of the products and services available to create a personalised assistant
