Problem Statement

Everyone has faced the hassle of trying to organise a meet up or a get-together between friends especially with a large number of people. Having to match clashing schedules and having to spend time to think about where and what to do and how to accomodate everyone in terms of location and budget takes lots of time out of your day as well.

Our One-Stop Solution

Our solution is Teepon. A one-stop platform that uses generative intelligence to take into account the locations of everyone attending the meeting and looks at their google calendars to find an appropriate timing for everyone and a location for where they can meet at. Our platform also allows for creating a chat group for the meeters to discuss and talk.

Technologies Used

Our tech stack includes NextJS, TailwindCSS, Flask, Firebase, TiDB and we've used multiple other APIs as well such as Google's Calendar and Maps API and for the generative AI system we are using Agile Loop's OS1.

What's next for Teepon

We are looking to improve the output of our generative AI to give a more detailed and comprehensive plan for the meeting as well as implement a full social media app
