Inspiration
We've always needed an easy way to write things down and sync to the cloud. Unfortunately, it has always been either one of those or the other.
What it does
The idea was to have a camera connected to the Android Things board on the notebook and sync it to a phone over Bluetooth, where it would use Google Cloud Vision to work with the information in the notebook with machine learning.
How we built it
Android Things, Swift, and kettle stitch bookbinding.
Challenges I ran into
Unfortunately, we couldn't get the Android Things board working right, which mostly derailed our whole project.

Getting all the hardware on the notebook!
