The idea for SkoolMe was inspired by the real-life challenge of students struggling to grasp concepts taught in the classroom. SkoolMe aims to solve this by acting as a personal AI tutor, helping students efficiently understand their coursework and ultimately reducing academic failure rates.

SkoolMe is an AI-powered platform that transforms your study materials like notes, or documents into a fully interactive, personalized course. Key Features: Automatic Course Generation: Simply upload your content or type in a topic, and the AI instantly creates a structured curriculum, complete with lessons and assessments. AI-Powered Tutor: You get a personal AI tutor that you can chat with. Ask questions, get explanations, and move through the course at your own pace. Interactive Learning: The platform is designed as a chat-based experience, making learning more engaging and less passive. Progress Tracking: SkoolMe keeps track of your progress as you complete lessons, so you always know where you left off. Downloadable Content: You can download the entire course, including your chat history with the AI tutor, for offline study.

How We Built It

We built SkoolMe using a combination of modern web technologies. The front-end is built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with no frameworks to keep it lightweight and fast. The core of the application is the AI, which is powered by the Google Generative AI API. This allows SkoolMe to understand the context of the learning materials and generate a complete curriculum, including lessons, assessments, and a personal AI tutor.

The future of SkoolMe is focused on expansion. Plans include integrating content from YouTube videos and web articles, making the AI tutor more adaptive to individual learning styles, and adding collaborative features for group study.
