Inspiration

We were inspired by LeetCode’s impact on software hiring and we wanted to bring the same level of rigor, fairness, and structure to sales interviews.

What it does

Users complete AI-powered audio interview challenges based on real-world sales scenarios. The platform evaluates both technical sales knowledge and behavioral decision-making, then provides scores, and leaderboards to benchmark performance and encourage skill improvement.

How we built it

We utilised the likes of Gumloop's AI agent in order to seek the different relevant questions and information needed. we put them in supabase to be able to store the info to make the app usable. With the help of vscode we built the frontend and backend of our project

Challenges we ran into

One of our main challenges was implementing a reliable authentication system, which required extensive debugging. We also struggled with designing a fair ranking system while delivering meaningful feedback. Additionally, GitHub merge conflicts during collaboration added complexity and required careful coordination as the project evolved.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of our use of gumloop for automatisation as well as our frontend aesthetics. Linking the whole project together is what makes us the most proud.

What we learned

We learned a bunch from this. From utilising the sponsor's website to being able to craft a project from ceptualisation to reality. Discussing is not enough, running into problems and not being afraid to confront them is what we will be keeping as a lesson.

What's next for Salesly

We expect to expand our database, push out more questions, be able to give more accurate and deterministic feedback, more accurate assessments. Maybe even add some camera features to assess bodylanguage confidence and more
