Inspiration
Not everyone has access to a doctor, that's why our medical AI assistant will fill that gap. Everybody needs medical attention and we're here to provide it.
What it does
We give medical assistance through an AI that is trained on the latest medical reports and procedures. You can select the type of disease you suffer from as well as symptoms. Your assistant will tell you if you need to go to the emergency room or not.
How we built it
Using a simple frontend backend relationship, we connect the data inserted by the user so that the AI can give accurate and correct answers, to completely satisfy our users.
Challenges we ran into
The project is UNFINISHED. There were issues connecting to the backend to feed the data to the artificial intelligence, so this project actually runs on a simple algorithm. Besides that, the greatest challenge was time, as we ran out of it.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Every participant of the group is completely new to their role: one of us had barely touched any backend, the other had never heard of Javascript and the last has never used any of the languages that form our project. We're very proud for what we've achieved and have learned a lot along the process.
What we learned
We learned how to write backend: nodejs and expressjs, as well as frontend: react, javascript and css.
What's next for QRESP Master
We want to be able to deploy this project in order for the people that suffer from these unfortunate diseases to be able to get access to medical assistance free of charge. We also would like to find a way to be able to contact with authorities in the case that the user does not feel well during the use of our application.
