PromptSF: Next-gen 311

Inspiration

Reporting issues in the city is a long, unclear process, and often goes nowhere. We wanted to make the 311 experience more accessible to all residents of SF to provide faster and better responses to issues. Try it now by texting a message or a picture to (415) 918-5845.

What it does

We created a text service that lets an AI agent listen to your report, and analyze any images you send it over SMS. We also interface directly with the SF police department to report theft such as break ins and stolen properties-- simplifying a 20 min+ process down to 60 seconds.

PromptSF then sends you a text when your report has been viewed and fixed by the city. All in a super easy experience.
