Inspiration
William has volunteered with Project Citizenship for over four years, and one significant slowdown is the inefficiency of getting questions answered or asking the admin to bring a new client over.
What it does
When a lawyer has a request, it sends a message to the admin to tell either a person of the lawyer's choice to respond through a text notification.
