Inspiration

Businesses can be overwhelmed trying to get a handle on outreach across WhatsApp, calls and campaigns altogether. The overwhelming majority are too complicated to be easy to use, way too manual, or do not provide true engagement tracking. We wanted to create a next-gen outreach platform that makes creating and managing campaigns as easy as chat — fast, automated, and smart.

What it does

OutreachX is an AI‑powered campaign outreach platform that helps you create, launch, and manage campaigns through WhatsApp chats, calls, and automated workflows. It enables real‑time analytics, engagement tracking, and smart communication - all from a single dashboard.

How we built it

1.Gemini API – Drives AI generation, campaign automation, and intelligent interactions. 2.Gemini TTS API – Enables realistic voice responses and AI‑powered calling experiences. 3.Firebase – Handles backend infrastructure, authentication, and real‑time data syncing. 4.Cloudinary – Manages media assets, campaign files, and contact uploads efficiently. 5.Twilio – Powers automated calling features and voice‑based campaign outreach. 6.Clerk - Authentication 7.Langchain-AI generated auto replies in WhatsApp

Challenges we ran into

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We built a fully functional AI-powered campaign platform that brings together WhatsApp chats, voice calling and multi-channel outreach in one system. We had managed to marry real-time analytics, automated campaign creation and AI-fueled conversations. Winning the hackathon with OutreachX validated that the idea and execution were both good, demonstrating potential for the platform in the real world.

What we learned

We learned to design scalable AI workflows, manage real-time data with Firebase and implement voice and messaging APIs successfully. Working with OutreachX also showed us the realities of breaking into WhatsApp integrations, developing repeatable automation and delivering user-centric campaign experiences that leverage AI
