Inspiration
We imagined what it would feel like if your NFT games we passive yet active source of income. We wanted to make a real world strategy game where your every move counts.
What it does
The game starts off by you choosing either a Male or a Female character which are both only available in limited quantity. Throughout the game, our characters age in real world time so you buy them as adults but after 30 days they would grow old and again after 30 days die. Once your characters are dead, there is no utility for them.
Therefore the question becomes why you should bother with these NFTs if they are going to eventually die ?
These NFTs as adults get wages and pension as old which are ERC20 tokens with in game application as well as their own value. The NFTs are tethered to other tokens through Chainlink Pricefeeds and the change in price of these tethered tokens determines the amount of wage the players get.
Player can retrieve wage every 30 days if they are alive and healthy.
So what's the catch ?
The catch is you need to keep your player alive to keep the benefits, therefore you need to feed them from baby stage till adult which is a period of real world 90 days, feeding them requires ration which requires wage. Not feeding them would result in health loss wherein you won't be able to breed them meaning no secondary sales and no wages meaning no primary benefits.

We used solidity + moralis as our backend and React js for the frontend
