This makes it difficult to understand where they stand and what to focus on next. MyOrigin was built to solve this by creating a single, intelligent platform that continuously adapts to user goals and real-time industry data.

MyOrigin is an AI-powered career intelligence platform that helps users: Access real-time industry insights, salary ranges, and in-demand skill trends through automated dashboards Build ATS-optimized resumes with AI-assisted editing and structured exports Generate role-specific cover letters tailored to job descriptions Prepare for interviews using auto-generated quizzes and progress tracking

How I built it

Frontend: React, Next.js, shadcn/ui Authentication: Clerk for secure user management AI Layer: Gemini API for resume editing, cover letters, and quiz generation Background Jobs: Inngest for automated weekly updates and data workflows Rendering & Export: React Markdown and HTML-to-PDF for resume generation
