This project was not the focus of TreeHacks for our group but rather an attempt to explore a category of hacks very different from the mobile application we created for the hackathon. The iDrone seemed very intriguing and as a result in the last 10 hours of the hackathon, we decided to try a hack with it.
MyoDrone is a hack involving a Myo and an iDrone. In the hack, we use the Myo to sense hand motions and activate a specific movement of the iDrone respectively. Essentially, this hack enables the iDrone to be maneuvered using only hand gestures instead of an app or remote.
