What is Msgmood?

Msgmood goes through your company's support emails and lets you know if the mood of your customers. Using context.io and sentiment analysis from Mashape, Msgmood can automatically triage hundreds of emails and help you make better business decisions.

Inspiration

Companies get hundreds of emails each day through their Contact Us portals. Most enterprise email software only track how many emails were sent out, received, and opened. We wanted to find out more. Using sentiment analysis, we can see if customers are happy, emotional, or asking questions. We can also track the average sentiment towards the company based on emails received.
