Inspiration

Lightworq was founded by Jamil Primas, Senior VFX artist and Jeffrey Tindi, Senior Designer and Illustrator. They noticed the disconnect between hiring managers at studios and artists. Due to time contraints many studios miss out on talent waiting to secure bids or manage artist availability. LightworQ was born from the idea: what if communication between artists and studios was seamless?
