Inspiration

Traditional Blackjack and stock/crypto trading; specifically the outcomes of winning or losing everything in a day.

What it does

Post your daily hand for others to duel you, and challenge players in duel mode! You'll win/lose chips in real-time depending on how other players do against your daily hand.

How we built it

React and Claude Code.

Challenges we ran into

Nailing the game-feel and animations in React since we were used to Unity.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Making the first BlackJack game for Reddit!

What we learned

Reddit allows new massive daily game experiences that weren't possible before.

What's next for Hit Or Quit

If people enjoy it, we plan to continue developing it for it to become the best blackjack game on the platform!
