Inspiration

I've heard the term before and thought it was a funny idea for a game.

What it does

The user plays as a dog rounding up cats into a pen.

How we built it

I used devvit, typescript, and phaser

Challenges we ran into

Working with the server side element of the app getting it to work properly on reddit

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I have a completed game that is fun to play

What we learned

I learned quite a bit about typescript and the separation of the frontend and backend duties.

What's next for Herding Catz

I'm publishing it on Reddit and I hope to get some regular players.
