Inspiration
The inspiration for this project came from the experience of trying to rent a flat. We have encountered multiple fraudsters who tried to make us sign malicious agreements, and when we were settling the deal, we had to pay enormous amounts of money to the 3rd party to act as an intermediary.
What it does
The system creates a safe ground for landlords and tenants to create cryptographically secure agreements and make payments.
How we built it
We have been building it after working a full-time job day. But we had a lot of fun doing it. The last day is the most stressful.
Challenges we ran into
We are an experienced team so the project has been smooth for us.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We have done way more than we have expected to do! Our smart contracts look great and have nice functionality.
What's next for Hata
We want to raise funds for the project. We believe that Hata is a promising project that can onboard more people to interact with WEB3. There is plenty of room to expand and enhance this project, and there is very little competitiveness in the market.

- Finish the agreement flow
- Enhance the payment system
- Introduce the communication channel for completely decentralized agreements
- Introduce programmatic modules for resolving disputes between the parties
- Expand to buying property
