What it does

Working as a Chrome extension, it can help people generate their own face into the images they want.

Challenge

1. To train the model effieciently. We need to build an gpu instance on the cloud service. We tried multiple platform and encounter a lot of environment conflicts. Finally, we solve it by urgently contacting Google services.

2. When we try to connect front end and backend, we met some connection errors. Since the javascript is pretty ‘flexible’, we put tons of effort finding bugs.

What's next for Hack/Face

We still have a lot of space for the next steps. We can put efforts into the Deep Learning models to help people generate their image better and quicker. Also we can work to create more apps in different platforms, like Android and IOS.
