Inspiration

market determines our behavior and our behavior determines market... but also our environment. With every money transaction we express our ecological footprint. Now we want enable you to have quite a good insight into your ecological habbits. This makes it easier for anyone to track the own footprint and adapt the own lifestile accordingly for a better future.

What it does

Green Wallet provides you a multibanking web application while consolidating all your accounts and transactions for providing an overview of the ecological footprint created by the own expenses.

How we built it

using open banking project for providing account information we integrated and attached various data regarding the ecological footprint of each transaction and call it by REST from a web application frontend.

Challenges we ran into

gathering ecologic data, unifying authentication and api from multiple banks
